We focus on on-site multiplex accurate identification and risk assessment of biomarkers (nucleic acids, proteins, microorganisms, etc.) related to re-emerging or emerging infectious diseases, clinical infections, chronic diseases, food contamination, and environmental pollution. By leveraging enzyme engineering, CRISPR/Cas systems, isothermal nucleic acid amplification, biosensing, and microfluidic technologies, we are dedicated to developing innovative rapid molecular detection methods. In addition, we are working on the research and development of field-applicable molecular detection enzymes, reagent kits, chips, and integrated devices.
