At the core of our work is the synergistic fusion of CRISPR/Cas systems, isothermal nucleic acid amplification, high-sensitivity biosensors, and microfluidic platforms. AI-guided protein engineering accelerates enzyme evolution with improved efficiency and specificity. Coupled with isothermal amplification and smart biosensing devices, these technologies enable rapid, portable, and multiplexed molecular analysis. This empowers real-time risk assessment, point-of-care diagnostics, and tailored preventive interventions.
